There seem to be plenty of online businesses that will charge you a fee for either (1) gathering all the forms and sending them to you or (2) taking down your information and filling out the forms for you. It’s all a matter of tracking them down (which we’ve already done, and we don’t mind sharing) and filling them out (which you can quickly and easily do on your own).
